- Clear briefs. Each request arrives as a structured brief with the contract, the parties, the deal and the client's concerns, so you can price it without a call.
- Your fee, fixed. You set a fixed fee and scope for each request you take. Mairit does not set your fees or take a percentage of them.
- Clients who chose you. The client compares each attorney's fixed fee and scope and chooses one. Your license, experience and scope are what they see.
- Work you already do. Client services agreements, statements of work, NDAs, contractor and consulting agreements, MSAs and more, for agencies, studios, consultancies and small businesses.
Who we are looking for
Licensed attorneys in good standing with experience in commercial contracts for small businesses. Solo practitioners and small firms are welcome.
